Mrs. Locay has an undergraduate degree in Health Informatics. While attending college, she mastered every billing job by starting as an anesthesia billing receptionist, mastering payment posting, working accounts receivables, and finally becoming a certified coder. She was also the assistant compliance officer and created the first payor and client databases at the time. She also taught college level coding, anatomy and physiology, and pharmacology during this time.
